With week 3 of the Halloween Event in Adopt Me, we got new pets to explore; one of them is the super rare Slimingo pet. Just like Aye Aye, this legendary pet can be found in the swamp area in the Adoption Island, where the new Halloween event is held. This pet looks like a darker version of the flamingo with smoky black and purple effects. Catching this pet is a bit hard, as, unlike Kitty Bat, you have only 2 minutes before it despawns, and then you will have to wait 15 minutes.

Slimingo Pet in Adopt Me
There are three ways you can unlock this pet:
- Buy it for 165,000 Candy Corn from the Swamp area in the Adoption Island.
- Hatch it from the Crystal Egg using 4,500 Pet Releaser Points.
- Trade with other players after the event ends.
It’s one of the most expensive pets in the event, but its design and rarity make it worth every bit of the grind.
Note: The Slimingo might look glitched as it disappears while warping and blinking across the swamp. Press ‘E’ as soon as you spot it or it comes near you.

Slimingo Appearance
The Slimingo looks like a ghostly version of the Flamingo, featuring a black neck and torso, white feathers, and smoky, shadowy details. When walking, it emits a purple mist, giving it an eerie Halloween glow that fits perfectly with the event’s spooky theme.
- Neon Slimingo: Glows red on its head, wings, and feet.
- Mega Neon Slimingo: Glows in the same spots, cycling through rainbow colors.
How To Earn Candy Corn Fast
You’ll need a lot of Candy Corn to get Slimingo, but there are two reliable ways to farm it in week 3:
1. Popped Candy Corn! Ailment: Your pet can get this ailment in the swamp. To complete it, jump across all six lily pads to earn 100 Candy Corn and 20 Bucks, plus 10 extra Candy Corn per lily pad. You can repeat this once per in-game day.
2. Sleep or Treat Minigame: Join Patchy’s Arcade to play this fast-paced Halloween minigame. Knock on houses to collect candy, avoid DJ Snooze, and use power-ups like Headsets to resist his sleep attack or Candy Boosts for extra speed.
