Here’s a simple article with methods on how you can recharge your enchanted weapons in Oblivion Remastered.

Enchantments are special buffs that make your weapon unique and strong in Oblivion Remastered. However, you need enchantment charge to use the enchantments — without the charge, your weapon becomes just a normal piece of equipment.
Fortunately, there are three main ways through which you can recharge the enchantments on your weapons. Here’s a guide to help you get acquainted with all three methods.
1) Use Soul Gems to Recharge One Weapon

Soul Gems are like batteries that you can fill up yourself. Each Soul Gem has a certain amount of charge it can hold, which replenishes a certain amount of enchantment charge of your weapon. Fortunately, you can use the soul trap to fill up the Soul Gems.
Additionally, you can buy Soul Gems from most of the vendors in Oblivion Remastered. However, the mages carry the Soul Gems in the highest quantities. If you buy all the soul gems, their stock refreshes after nearly one in-game week
2) Using Varla Stones

Varla Stones are just like Soul Gems, but much better. A single Soul Gem replenishes only one weapon, but a single Varla Stone refills the enchantment charge of every weapon in your inventory. Unfortunately, Varla Stones are limited in number, as you can only get them from Ayleid Ruins. You can find Varla Stones on metal pedestals that you can unlock by activating nearby switches or levers.
3) Utilize the Enchantment Merchant
Enchantment Merchants are the worst method through which you can recharge your weapons in Oblivion Remastered. You can find these individuals at the Mages Guild or Arcane University. After interacting with them, you can see a Recharge Weapon icon in the bottom left of your screen. This way, you can exchange Septims for an enchantment charge.
This method of recharging is too costly, making it inefficient. A single amount of charge requires one gold, and an enchantment can have a maximum of 1600 charges. In other words, each enchantment on your weapons can cost you up to 1600 Septims.
