Kick streamer Destiny responded to Pxie’s lawsuit court documents, stating that the case has “horribly impacted” him.

After court documents from Pxie’s lawsuit against Steven “Destiny” Bonnell surfaced on social media, the streamer addressed the situation during a recent livestream. Destiny stated that he has been “horribly impacted” by the legal proceedings, claiming he is “unarguably” the largest victim, as he is the direct target of the lawsuit. For context, streamer and influencer Pxie has accused Destiny of sharing her explicit images and videos without consent. In response, Pxie has filed a lawsuit against him, demanding over $1 million in compensatory damages.
“There’s been three phases of me basically, not being able to chat about any of this. The first phase was, obviously, I didn’t want to publicize the leaks. Because, and I don’t give a f**k about what anybody says on this, I am a victim in this. Unarguably, the largest victim and I was the target of this, and I have been the most horribly impacted. But also out of respect for everyone involved, I didn’t talk about any of it.”

Gives 3 reasons why he didn’t discuss the allegations

Destiny further claimed that the lawsuit is a “racket,” alleging that Pxie’s legal team initially demanded at least $15 million from him. He stated that he would discuss the situation in more detail in a future livestream after consulting with his legal counsel. He also elaborated on the three phases that prevented him from speaking about the situation earlier.
According to Destiny, the second reason he remained silent was Pxie allegedly being suicidal. The third reason was the pre-trial negotiations.
“The second part was her saying that she was literally suicidal. And that if her parents ever found out, she would kill herself. Obviously, I didn’t want to talk about it then. Third was the pre-trial stuff. Now if I made a statement explaining my side of things, she is in an even more, completely f**ked position, trying to make any sort of pre-trial joint statement with me to settle anything.”
Destiny Labels Pxie as “Unhinged”
In a stream on February 19, 2025, Destiny reacted to the whole lawsuit situation. The streamer said that the Substack Pxie posted, was “unhinged.” Steven claimed that he would have been willing to settle if Pxie retracted 80% of her claims. Destiny remarked that she would not be willing to do that, as it would make her look bad.
“The sub stack that Andrea wrote was so unbelievably unhinged, that the only possible way I would have agreed to settle anything would have been she had to retract like 80 percent of that. But, the issue is that I don’t know if there’s any world where she ever would have been willing to, because it makes her look so bad.”
Destiny responded to the lawsuit by referring to Pxie as "unhinged" and that he would have only be willing to settle if she retracted 80% of her claims made.
