Inzoi is a realistic life simulator that lets you build your own character, called Zois, from scratch. You’ll need to take care of your Zois and do everything needed to keep them healthy and thriving. As in real life, your Zois also need to eat to keep hunger at bay. While there are ways to eat out at restaurants or from food trucks, these are costly options. So, for the most part, you’ll need to cook your own food. Cooking is among the 16 core skills that you start off with in the game.
So, it comes as no surprise that you can improve the cooking skill in Inzoi. In this guide, we’ll explore the different ways you can do that and why it’s important.
How Can You Improve Your Cooking Skills in Inzoi?
The best way to improve your cooking skills in the game is to simply cook the available recipes over and over again. The more you do it, the better your Zoi will get at it. To cook food, you will need to interact with the refrigerator inside your apartment. If you don’t own an apartment, you’ll need to buy one and get the refrigerator set up.
Initially, you’ll only have access to a few recipes that you can cook by spending Meows (in-game currency). As you unlock more recipes, you might need special equipment or furniture to cook the items besides the Meows. So, you’ll also need to upgrade your apartment interiors while building up your cooking skills.
Another great way to become a better cook is for your Zoi to watch the cooking channel on the TV. Simply let them absorb the lessons by planting them in front of the television and changing to the cooking channel. Over time, this will improve their cooking abilities and skills.

Why Is It Important To Improve the Cooking Skill?
Firstly, improving the cooking skill in Inzoi will give you access to more complicated recipes. There are currently 23 different meal types that your Zoi can prepare, depending on their cooking skills. Also, improving the cooking skill can be a great way to land a job as a chef. So, if that’s what you want for your Zoi, you will need to quickly build your ability to prepare different meals, ranging from simple ones to complicated items.
