The Best Saddle in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Suggesting the ‘best’ Saddle in a huge game like Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is not an easy task, as it completely depends on the player’s play style. All Saddles in KCD 2 will decrease your horse’s speed by a few points.

To find the Saddles with the best capacity to carry Henry’s items, you must be in Kuttenberg, the game’s second region. It will be unlocked in the later parts of the story.
In Kuttenberg’s city, you can find a saddler in between many stalls outside the Western gate. This merchant sells the Dragon and Cracowian Saddles; both are the same in capacity. Considering their high demand and durability, they cost a hefty 2600 Groschen.
You can select from these two saddles, depending on your preference. However, this will decrease your horse’s speed by five points.
