S Rank Shooters Crew Members

| Bartender | The Bartender is hard to acquire as a crewmate. However, once you acquire him, he’s a stable teammate. At level 40, he has S ranks in everything except Ship Upkeep. |
| Misaki | Misaki is undoubtedly the best shooter when looking at her stats and traits. Boosting your Voltage Gauge charge rate is an extremely nice feature to have. However, do note that Misaki joins up with your party through the main story but leaves it in between. During this time she is unusable. |
| Elizabeth | Elizabeth is one of the harder crew members to recruit. This is because you need to complete two photo rallies to recruit her. However, she does make up for this by having an S rank offense. Additionally, her squad leader trait boosts your madness gauge faster. This is another nice passive skill to have. |

These are below S-Rank; however, if you have not yet acquired any S-Rank Shooters, then these can be slotted in as perfectly good replacements.

| Captain Beef | Captain Beef is unlocked as a recruit quite early on in the main story. Additionally, at the end, he becomes one of your strongest shooters. He is an all-rounder, with A’s in all stats. Due to this, you can slot him in wherever you see fit. |
| Kamiyama | Kamiyama is better suited to the cannon squad than to the boarding squad. However, his stats are A in all four categories as well. Additionally, both of his traits can be extremely useful in naval combat or boarding battles. |
| Arque Dangerous III | Arque is just like Kamiya, better suited for the cannon squad. Her squad leader traits, or first mate traits, are both extremely solid, making her fit both positions. |
Other Good Shooters Crew Members
If you are struggling to find many good shooters to put into your crew, here are some substitute options:
Monica is a good shooter to fill some space on your crew. You can acquire her fairly early on in the game as well. Her defense is her only lacking stat, but being a shooter, that’s not as problematic.
