Madden NFL 26 is now out in early access, and you can now go ahead and prepare for the upcoming season by engaging in the game’s various modes. Multiplayer in Madden NFL 26 allows you to compete against other players across various game modes. You can test different aspects of your playstyle, and this is the best way to keep the game fresh and exciting after hours and hours of gameplay.
If you have a friend who has the game, you can play against them, too. This, however, can be a little difficult to navigate as Madden NFL 26 does not tell you how to play with friends. Thankfully, we’re here for that.

How To Play Multiplayer With Your Friends in Madden NFL 26
You can play with your friends both online and offline in Madden NFL 26. If it is the latter, the process is very simple. You simply need to connect two controllers to your device and hand it over to your friend. Then, select Quickplay, and your friend can select their team by assigning the controller to it.
Playing online is a little bit more complicated, but nothing you can’t handle. Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Game Modes menu from the main menu, and you’ll then see the option to “H2H Play A Friend.” Click on this.
- Then, you will have the option to invite your friend from your friends list.
- Send them the invite, which they can then accept to join your game.
- Once they accept, you can then start the match to play them.
