In the Jeff-Nado team-up ability, Jeff and Storm work together to create something otherworldly. For this team-up, Jeff is the anchor, and Storm is the partner. Even though Jeff is an anchor, he does not get any kind of passive healing bonus or anything whatsoever. Similarly, Storm does not get any extra skill, but what they both receive is something massive. You can combine both of their ultimates to create a giant hurricane that swallows everything in its way.

In order to do this, both heroes should have their ultimates ready. There’s no preferred order, and any one of them can start their ultimate first. However, the other hero should cast their ultimate within the time limit to create the Jeff-Nado.
