Twitch streamer Mizkif released a YouTube video on January 14 titled “It’s Time to Talk.” He revealed his case was dismissed by the court.
Twitch streamer and OTK member Matthew “Mizkif” has finally opened up about his sexual assault cover-up allegations. For those out of the loop, back in late 2022, Twitch streamer Adrianah Lee accused CrazySlick of sexual assault. Later, it was alleged that Mizkif had made attempts to cover up the situation since CrazySlick was one of his closest friends and also a flatmate. This led to a huge controversy that resulted in Mizkif’s temporary suspension from OTK.
Later, he was reinstated after OTK conducted an internal investigation and found him not guilty of the allegations, though some of his statements were put into question. Yesterday (January 14, 2025), the streamer uploaded an eight-minute-long video discussing the issue. He revealed that there was a court case going on, but the allegations were dropped. He said:
“Fortunately, after two years, I’m finally glad to announce that the court has dismissed all allegations against me in relation to those allegations. After months of litigation, those allegations were thrown out of the courtroom and the plaintiff is required to pay my attorney fees.”
Mizkif Talks About “Trauma” About The Allegation
Mizkif revealed that the court dismissed all charges regarding the sexual assault cover-up allegations. The streamer also admitted that the incident left him with lingering trauma. He said:
“Now, while the internet has moved on from the story over the past two years and realized that the situation was completely made up and false I still bear a lot of the trauma that happened on those days. And a lot of that trauma lies in this house, it lies in this room.”
He added:
“And every time I walk in here my brain just freezes, I can’t think straight, I can’t process things. All I think about is the trauma that I have and it just comes out and just sits with me and I can’t be in here anymore.”
Mizkif Talked About Having Suicidal Thoughts
The OTK streamer first addressed winning the court case back in December 2024, announcing that the allegations against him had been dropped. He also accused Ludwig of worsening the situation through his videos, which led Mizkif to contemplate suicide:
“”…and Ludwig for f**king making that video that was completely false and just removing it, despite the fact that it was false, and then making another video and then putting it in the middle of it thinking that’s okay to do when I tried to kill myself over his accusations, which were false.”
Fellow OTK member Tim “EsfandTV” also spoke out about how other creators targeted Mizkif with false allegations. He claimed that their intent was to “kill OTK.” Esfand said:
“The whole thing was target. I don’t know, I’m not going to get into it I’m just going to get really mad. I mean they literally tried to kill OTK, like that’s literally what they’re trying to do. It’s insane.”
