There are two ways you can quickly raise your HR Rank to 50:
Complete Side Missions

From early game to around HR 41, completing Side Missions is the best way to easily make progress in Monster Hunter Wilds. Even better if you can complete missions that are tied to Optional Quests.
Additionally, complete missions that unlock gatherers for the Material Retrieval Item Farm. Not only will you be leveling your Hunter Rank, but you will also increase the efficiency of your farm.

Aberrant Atrocity Quest Grind

Once you reach HR 41, you’re ready to grind the Aberrant Atrocity quest and hunt down Yian Kut-Ku. With your Hunter Rank cap fully lifted, you can continue pushing it even higher as you progress. You will be repeating this quest until you reach HR 50 in Monster Hunter Wilds. Furthermore, you can even go higher and keep grinding until HR 100.
Hunt Tampered Arkveld

If you want to reach HR Rank 50 quickly and also get rare materials to craft powerful equipment, you can try and hunt down Tampered Arkveld. Each run can be challenging, especially if you are still learning the attack patterns. However, you can get Artian materials after completion, which can be used to craft Artian Weapons.

Keep in mind that progressing through your Hunter Rank this way can be exhausting and tedious. This can lead to burnout and potentially losing interest in the game. Make sure to do other stuff in the game aside from continuously grinding the same quest.
Fortunately, Monster Hunter Wilds will soon get a new content update featuring new fun quests and events like the Grand Hub, where you can play Barrel Bowling or challenge your speedrunning skills with the Arena Quest.
