One of these is the High Rank Zoh Shia slaying assignment. If you’ve reached Hunter Rank 50 or higher, you can immediately venture out to complete the assignment. And a new monster variant always means access to new materials and gear to craft from those materials.

How Can You Get Blackember Mass in Monster Hunter Wilds
After reaching Hunter Rank 50, you’ll need to talk to Werner at the Suja Base Camp. He will give you the assignment that opens up High Rank Zoh Shia as a repeatable, huntable creature. During these Zoh Shia hunts, you may receive the Blackember Mass as a reward for completing the hunt. You can also get it by carving certain parts of the monster.
However, the best way to acquire it would be to break Zoh Shia’s wingarms during these battles. It is a weakness that you can exploit during the third phase of this multi-stage battle. If you manage to sever its wingarms, you are guaranteed to receive the Blackember Mass material.
