Unlike Fulgurite Shards, Thundering Fulgurite only appears during the Thundering Fulgurite Emergence event. This event takes place in Windward Plains, and players have to track the Fulgurite Vein farming spot to obtain this item. Keep track of these emerging events to never miss an opportunity. Players can use this item as a trade material or sell it for 500z. Similar to Fulgurite Shards, players can exchange this item with Kilama at Kunafa Windsong Village.
