Toxin Sac is an item in Monster Hunter Wilds that not everyone would want to overlook. Much like every other Equipment Material in the game, it is also a useful resource. Since Toxin Sac is a Rarity 6 item, you can tell that it is not easily obtainable. So, what are the ways you can get it in the game? We are still playing through the game and investigating everything to ensure we bring you verified information.
So, as far as we know at the time of writing, this item can be obtained as a reward for two specific quests and also as drops for hunting two specific monsters.
Where To Get Toxin Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds?
There are primarily two ways of obtaining the Toxin Sac in this game. Since it is a rare item, there are only a few ways ot get it. The quests that we are about to mention lead back to the same monsters that you can hunt even without worrying too much about the quest in question.
The optional missions that we are referring to here are Profusion of Poison and Mysterious Poison. In both side quests, the Hunters are required to hunt down Rompopolo and Gypceros, respectively. These quests will task you with defeating the said monsters and then picking up the Toxin Sacs. However, if you want, you can also hunt them down without the quest for the same rewards.
If you decide to go hunting for either of these monsters outside the quest, there is only one catch. They only drop Toxin Sac in High Rank. So, those who are still stuck in Low Rank will get Poison Sac instead of Toxin.
