Build Specialization
Choose a Build Specialization for your character as soon as possible. Build Specializations are unlocked based on your attributes and grant various boosts upon achieving their goals. The reason you want to pick one early on is that the game only starts tracking its goal completion once you select a Build Specialization, saving you some grinding later on. Achieving its goals yields valuable rewards such as Cap Breakers and Badge Perk Max +1 according to the specialization category.
Crew Rewards
Create or join a Crew with close to 50 players to quickly earn CXP (Crew Experience). Leveling up your crew provides generous rewards seasonally. For Season 1, some of the best rewards include four Cap Breakers, Max +1 Tier 2 Slot, Skill Boosts, and Rep Bonuses.
Gatorade Facility: Workout Warrior
Head to the Gatorade Facility on the north end of the map and earn 3 stars in every workout to get a Stamina boost. Once you get three stars in all workout categories, you will receive the “Workout Warrior” badge. This badge increases your Stamina attribute range permanently.
Season Rewards
Reaching level 40 in Season Rewards provides a +1 Cap Breaker. This Cap Breaker reward will remain consistent with every season, so unlocking it is important to keep your build at the cutting edge.

You can improve your shooting dramatically by obtaining all the Hot Zones through the Art of Shooting workouts. The most efficient way to achieve this is by speaking with Chris Matthews and selecting the “3 Zones for 3 Weeks (Hard)” workout. MyCareer Quests
