Content creator Nikocado Avocado posted a mysterious tweet on X hinting at a potential gender transition surgery.
YouTuber Nicholas Perry, popularly known as Nikocado Avocado, posted a tweet on X asking his fans what gender he should change to. His audience noted that Nikocado is wearing a medical patient’s robe in the tweet and his surroundings resemble a real medical care facility. It is currently unknown if he is undergoing gender transition surgery or not.
The content creator’s post fueled speculations among his viewers. He was seen dancing on his post which made many question if the tweet was serious. At the time of writing, Nikocado has not replied to anyone asking him about the potential surgery.
Many replied saying that they would support his choice if he were serious. Nikocado Avocado has a history of making controversial posts on YouTube and X, and internet users are unsure about what to make of his post.

Many X users replied with positive messages acknowledging that Nikocado Avocado might be serious.

“Whatever fits you. If this is a genuine consideration for you, then do what feels right. If this is just a gag, keep on keeping on! Seeing you lose all this weight has been incredible, and it’s such a good story on how anyone can change despite what their circumstances may be.” @DanicingRussian06 said in a reply.
Another X user had similar thoughts and said he should be comfortable with himself.
Feel comfortable with yourself regardless of gender. You don’t need plastic surgery to feel secure with yourself. You’re fine the way you are. @CoriandaW wrote.
Other internet users were skeptical and thought he was undergoing surgery to remove excess skin.
“0 chance. He is getting the loose hanging skin removed from losing all that weight. I would bet on it,” @combat_matrix said in a reply.
Other X users also felt the same and talked about how Nikocado lost weight recently and needs to remove excess skin which is likely why he’s undergoing surgery.
“Are you removing the excess skin left from your horrible weight gain experiment? It will leave absolutely atrocious scars.” wrote @SustainableSlop.

This is not the first time that Nikocado Avocado has made a controversial post online. In May 2024, he said that he gave up on his weight loss journey. For those who don’t know, Nick has claimed in the past that he weighed 400 pounds which led to health problems.
On September 10, 2024, he said that he pre-recorded videos while he was successfully losing weight. In a video titled ‘Two Steps Ahead’ Nick tells his viewers:
“Today I woke up from a very long dream…having lost 250 pounds off my body, yet just yesterday people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant. People are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet and yet I’ve still managed to stay two steps ahead of everyone. The joke’s on you.”
He claimed that the “hoax” about giving up on his weight loss was a social experiment. The recent incident is possibly one of the factors why his audience is skeptical about his gender transition surgery tweet.
