A new leak about the specs of the upcoming Nvidia RTX 5070 Super and RTX 5070 Ti Super paints a new picture of the potential performance improvements expected from the Super lineup. The leak comes directly from Kopite7Kimi on X, who has a great track record of leaking accurate details about Nvidia GPUs months ahead of their release.

In this article, we will explain everything you need to know about the leaked specs of RTX 5070 Super and RTX 5070 Ti Super, and explain what they mean for the performance of the Super series GPUs.

The Nvidia RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super Leak

This is not the first time we have heard about the Nvidia RTX 50 Super Series GPU lineup. However, we now have more information about it, including specs. Here’s everything you need to know about the RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super:

According to Kopite7kimi on X, the RTX 5070 Super is based on the GB205-400-A1 die. It will be equipped with a total of 6400 CUDA cores, which is about 4% higher than the RTX 5070. The RTX 5070 Super will utilize the same 192-bit memory bus and 28GBps memory modules.

However, the capacity of each memory module is 3GB instead of 2GB. Since the 192-bit memory bus utilizes six memory modules, the total memory capacity increases to 18GB. Now, that’s a 50% increase over the RTX 5070 12GB.

Such a significant increase in memory capacity would certainly future-proof them against upcoming games. Many games require GPUs with high memory these days, so there will be a relief in this area. Also, the higher-capacity memory modules will require more power, so the TDP has increased from 250W to 275W.

It is unclear whether there will be any changes to the clock speeds, but it is unlikely, given that the upcoming card is expected to use only 25W more. Nonetheless, it should deliver a decent performance improvement over its predecessor. If Nvidia manages to launch it at the same price as the current Nvidia 5070, then the RTX 5070 Super will be an interesting GPU.

According to the new leak, the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti Super will be based on the GB203-350-A1 die. Its specs leak suggests it will have 8960 CUDA cores only, the same as the current RTX 5070 Ti. However, like the RTX 5070 Super, the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti Super is leaked to have the same 3GB modules. Therefore, the total memory capacity is reported to be 24GB, which will once again be a 50% increase in memory.

According to Kopite7Kimi, the TDP of the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti Super will be 350W. It’s a significant increase over the RTX 5070 Ti, which had only 300W TDP. This suggests there could be a bump in clock speed, which should deliver a decent performance boost.

Preliminary Specs Table of RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super

Here are all the specs of the RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super based on the leaks:

Expected Release Timeline of RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super

The release of the RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super is a bit of a mystery. No credible sources are mentioning a possible release timeline. However, according to a Benchlife article, the RTX 50 Super series could launch at CES 2026. This makes sense as the original RTX 50 series also launched at the CES 2025 event. However, take this information with a grain of salt, as Benchlife is not a very reputable source of information.
