How To Start the Fingers of the Mountain Part 2 Quest in Oblivion Remastered
The beginning of the Fingers of the Mountain Part 2 quest depends on your choice in the Chorrol Recommendation quest. If you gave the Fingers of the Mountain book to Earana, this quest will be automatically added to your objective board.
However, if you gave it to Teekeeus, you must retrieve the book from him and give it to Earana. To do this, head to the Chorrol Mages Guild and wait until Teekeeus goes to sleep. Next, pickpocket him to get the chest key. With the key, claim the book from the chest.
Once you have the book, find Earana at the Grey Mare and give it to her. After that, wait at least 48 hours, and she will hand over a translation note. From there, the next step is to obtain a Welkynd Stone and a Shock spell. Once you have both, head to Cloud Top to receive the Fingers of the Mountain spell.
How To Complete the Fingers of the Mountain Part 2 Quest in Oblivion Remastered

Once you have the book, head to the Mages Guild and speak with Teekeeus. First, tell him you gave the Fingers of the Mountain book to Earana. Then, talk to him again, and this time he will ask about the book. Hand it over to him to end the quest.
