How To Remove Frustration From Shadow Pokemon
1) Use Charged TM
During Team GO Rocket events, Pokemon GO allows players to use Charged TMs to remove Frustration. These opportunities don’t come often, so it’s crucial to plan ahead.
- Choose Your Shadow Pokemon: Open your Pokemon collection by tapping the Poke Ball icon. Use the search bar and type “shadow” to quickly locate all your Shadow Pokemon.
- Select and Use a Charged TM: Once you’ve picked the Pokemon, tap it and access the menu from the bottom-right icon. Select “Items,” locate your Charged TM, and use it. Confirm your choice to replace Frustration with a new Charged Attack.
- You Cannot Pick Specific Moves with Regular TMs: Regular Charged TMs assign a new move randomly. If you’re aiming for a specific attack, you’ll need an Elite Charged TM. It’s better to save those for later once Frustration is gone.
2) Purify Your Pokemon

While purification replaces Frustration with the Charged Attack “Return,” it also boosts the Pokemon’s stats and lowers the cost of upgrades.
