After seven long years, Mega Evolution has made its comeback in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Almost all of the Mega Evolutions from the previous games have returned in this game, not to mention the many new ones that have also been added.

Among these many Mega Evolutions, some are significantly more powerful than others, while some fall behind. And the changes to Legends Z-A’s battle mechanics have caused a further shift in the meta. All things considered, the competitive battle scene is very different from what most players may have considered. This tier list will help you get a general sense of each Mega Evolution’s level of power.

Disclaimer: Note that a few megas, such as Mega Delphox and Mega Chesnaught, have not been included, as they are not currently available in the game.
