Popular Twitch streamer QTCinderella was hospitalized after seemingly falling to the ground during a skiing trip.
Popular Twitch streamer and founder of the Streamer Awards, Blair “QTCinderella,” seemingly hit her head during a skiing accident. She took to X to share that she was in the hospital following the fall. It is unclear whether she was discharged. Fortunately, QT did not sustain serious injuries. However, she may have suffered a concussion, as her face appeared visibly red in the photos she posted online. The streamer also stated that 2025 has not been her year:

QTCinderella is currently in Utah, where she collaborated with fellow streamers HasanAbi and AustinShow for the Fear& podcast. QT was taking skiing lessons while in Utah. She had previously announced on stream that it was her first time skiing. The streamer was joined by several streamers, including Maya Higa and AustinShow, for skiing and sledding. QTCinderella made headlines earlier in March 2025 after Twitch streamer Cinna’s chat messages to Ludwig were posted online.
For those unaware, Ludwig and QTCinderella have been dating for a long time and have a public relationship. Additionally, Ludwig is currently in Japan for a biking tour across Japan. The streamer later updated how she got injured, stating that she “head-butted” to the ground.

QTCinderella has built a loyal fanbase over the years on Twitch. She has over 1.1M followers on Twitch and is one of the most-watched female streamers on the platform. After she revealed her injury, several fans commented on the situation. While some fans remarked on the skiing incidents, fellow streamers also joined in the conversation. A fan recalled a similar incident they faced while snowboarding and hoped that QT gets well soon:
