Our guide explains how you can capture the Beetle in Revenge of the Savage Planet. We’ll also explore its weakness.

Stellaris Prime is the very first planet that you’ll explore in Revenge of the Savage Planet. Although extremely beautiful, running around the planet unprepared can be the last thing you do. There are plenty of hostile creatures and plants strewn all over this world.
One of these creatures is the Beetle. These large blue bugs can pose quite a challenge if you’re unsure how to take them down. However, if you want to capture and take one back to the Habitat, you can do that too. In this guide, we’ll explain how you can capture the Beetle in Revenge of the Savage Planet.

How To Capture the Beetle in Revenge of the Savage Planet

When it comes to capturing the Beetle, you need to know its weak spot. The Beetle’s weakness is its back region. With that in mind, here is how you can capture it easily.
- Step 1: Allow the Beetle to charge at you.
- Step 2: At the very last instance, dodge out of the way and quickly turn around.
- Step 3: Fire at the Beetle’s back region to stun it momentarily.
- Step 4: Use your Proton Whip to lasso the creature while it’s stunned.
- Step 5: Hold on to the lasso button for a while and keep evading attacks from any other enemies in the area.
After a few seconds of holding on to the Beetle, the vortex will pull in the creature and complete the capture process. Keep in mind that taking any damage while you’re lassoing the Beetle will reset the capture process and free the creature. So, we suggest taking out any other hostile creatures first before focusing on capturing the bug.
