Ability
Hei (Dark Eye) has the Evil Dragon ability, which has a cooldown of 30 seconds. It is triggered by the Evil Eye passive. Activating it provides the following buffs for 20 seconds:
- +20% Black Flames damage
- +50% elemental damage
- +25% range
After 20 seconds:
- Deal 5x damage in range
- Apply Black Flames
If the enemy is already under Black Flames:
- Deal 10x damage
- The enemy permanently takes 10% more damage from Black Flames
Passives
Black Flame Mastery
This passive triggers if Hei (Dark Eye)’s SPA is longer than the normal duration of Black Flames. Here is a breakdown of the passive’s buff:
- Every 0.25 seconds adds +5% damage to his Black Flames (Cap: +25%) [+1.25 SPA]
Evil Eye
Evil Eye will trigger when the unit’s SPA is higher than 11. Each time there are 10 or more enemies in range afflicted by Black Flames, attacks have a 50% chance to activate this passive. This passive gives the character the following buffs for 60 seconds:
- Disable ‘Black Flame Mastery’ and its buffs
- Reduce SPA by 20%
- Black Flames duration = Hei’s current SPA + 0.5
- Gain the ‘Evil Dragon’ ability

How To Obtain the Base Version
