This Build with Friends beginner’s guide helps you learn the core mechanics of the popular co-op block-building game.

Build with Friends is a Roblox game where you can use blocks to build anything. If you are new to the game and want some pointers, this Build with Friends beginner’s guide will help you out. The game is best enjoyed with friends, and you should find people to play with, as it makes the building experience much faster.
Build with Friends Beginner’s Guide: How To Play

You can download the game by searching for it on the official Roblox app. Once you are in-game, you pause it and invite other players. It is much faster to build things with friends, so you should consider inviting people. If you don’t have people to play with, you can find co-op partners in the official Build with Friends Roblox group.
The game does not have a tutorial. You jump into the game and are free to do anything you want. Players have eight free blocks and two premium blocks. You can purchase the premium blocks using Robux. You start with a square grid and can snap blocks into place. Use the movement keys and Place Block button to select and place blocks. There are no missions or daily quests to complete in-game. You can play at your leisure and build anything with other players.
Players cannot save progress on public servers. You have to create your private server or join a friend’s private server to save all progress. You can create a private server from the main menu for free.
