Mirror Matchups: Overview
As the name implies, in Mirror Matchups, both you and your opponent mirror each other’s loadouts. Meaning, both have the same primary, secondary, and melee weapons. You also share the same utility. In other Rivals game modes, such as Duel, loadout is a strategic choice.
Like other Roblox shooters such as Weird Gun Game, this allows you to attend duels with something you know works for you. Using the same weapons and utility evens out the playing field and takes out strategy from the equation. This can be both a blessing and a curse.
Not only do you not have control over what your weapons will be, but your opponent doesn’t either. The weapons also cycle every round. Meaning, loadouts will change every round in a match.
