The open-world survival game, RuneScape Dragonwilds, is packed with exciting quests as you face off against Dragons in the mysterious land of Ashenfall. While Restless Ghosts may not be the most challenging quest in the game, it is certainly fun and oddly satisfying to complete.

Restless Ghosts Walkthrough in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Getting Started
First, there are some prerequisites for this quest. You’ll need eight Runecrafting and 20 Woodcutting. Additionally, you’ll need five Air Runes and four free inventory slots.
Next, in the ruined village near the Wise Old Man, you’ll find the Crumbling Well. Interact with the well to receive the Ghostspeak Amulet. You’ll need this amulet to communicate with the restless spirits.
Finding the Restless Ghosts in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Be sure to begin this quest at night, as ghosts will only appear during that time. You must find four spirits. They are:
- Warren’s Spirit: Located in Bramblemead Valley, near the ruined walls southwest of the Crumbling Well.
- Lazina’s Spirit: Found near the Windmill in Temple Woods, next to a shabby building.
- Finn’s Spirit: Finding this spirit requires some effort. It is in a cave southeast of the Wise Old Man. To reach it, you’ll need:
- The Windstep Runic ability (unlocked at Runecraft level 8).
- The Chop Thorny Vine skill (unlocked at Woodcutting level 20).
- Kay’s Spirit: Located along the southwest wall of the Whispering Swamp.
Finishing off the Quest and the Rewards of the Restless Ghosts Quest
Use the Ghostspeak Amulet to talk to each ghost. They may offer hints or tasks to help them find peace. After meeting all four spirits, return to the church where you began the quest. In the graveyard to the right of the church, you’ll find a flowerpot. Use it to honor the ghosts, which will complete the quest.
Once you complete the quest, you’ll receive the following rewards:
- Tome of Cooking – Vol 1
- Tome of Woodcutting – Vol 1
- Tome of the Artisan – Vol 1
- Tome of Mining – Vol 1
