Rams usually appear in two different regions in Runescape Dragonwilds—Fractured Plains and Stormtouched Highlands. They typically roam around the border area between two regions—west of Fractured Plains and east of Stormtouched Highlands. The Rams in Fractured Plains can be easily defeated and are the ideal target for beginners. In contrast, Rams in Stormtouched Highlands are more challenging but drop better rewards.

While they remain calm and avoid fights, they won’t hesitate to fight back if threatened. Using Magic and Stab attacks serves as the best combat option against them. Avoid Ranged or Crush-type attacks, as they resist such attacks.
