RX 9060 XT Announced With 16GB & 8GB Models & Affordable Pricing

AMD has been doing great with its new generation of RDNA 4 GPUs, and now Team Red is ready to unleash its mid-range graphics cards as well, which will compete against the RTX 5060 Series.

RX 9060 XT Price and Availability 

The RX 9060 XT will be available to buy from June 5, 2025. According to AMD, the price will be $299 for the 8GB variant. Another variant with 16GB of memory will cost $349. Many board partners, such as Asus, Acer, Gigabyte, Sapphire, and more, will offer various models in different configurations. Whether you are looking for a triple-fan configuration or a smaller form factor dual-fan RX 9060 XT, you’ll find the right pick. Users will also be able to choose from various color schemes.

Do note that manufacturers will also release overclocked variants of these GPUs. If you want even faster performance than what’s offered on stock models, consider picking the higher-end options. You’ll also get better overclocking capability on many of the OC versions of the RX 9060 XT GPU.

RX 9060 XT Performance and Specifications

The RX 9060 XT graphics card features 8GB and 16GB variants, as mentioned earlier. Both of these have a 128-bit memory interface width. The cards have 32MB of Infinity Cache, and the RX 9060 XT 8GB has a 150W TDP, while the beefier 16GB variant demands a 160W TDP. These GPUs have 32 compute units and a game clock of 2.53 GHz. AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution technology is evolving, and with the latest FSR 4, a new breakthrough has been made in terms of image fidelity. Similar to how Nvidia released DLSS 4 with transformer-based AI upscaling, AMD has also trained FSR 4 to be accelerated through machine learning.

Now, it is great to use FSR 4 across a variety of resolutions. 4K with Performance mode looks better than ever, enabling gamers to play at high resolutions with amazing clarity despite the internal rendering resolution.
