Twitch streamer AnnoyingTV delivered a heartfelt speech after opening up about his health struggles with sickle cell disease.
Popular streamer Mario “AnnoyingTV” got emotional on stream while opening up about his health struggles. The streamer mentioned that he had sickle cell disorder, which affected his ability to play sports growing up. Mario mentioned that he couldn’t do certain jobs due to his health. The streamer got emotional stating that he felt like he was “born to be a failure.”
While talking about his success on the internet, the 27-year-old delivered a motivational speech on the stream:
“I did it through the sickle cell. I did it through the pain, you feel me? I did it through school while going to school, you feel me, putting in extra hours, you feel me, just really grinding, you feel me? Cuz people don’t really shed light on disabilities. People really don’t shed light on, you feel me, diseases and sh*t like that.”

Sickle cell disease is a blood disorder that causes red blood cells to deform and take a crescent like shape similar to a sickle. AnnoyingTV went over how he was born with the disorder and couldn’t fit in with his peers. The streamer reminisced about his struggles during school and stated that he started his Twitch streaming journey to cope with his depression.
“On some real sh*t, like I started streaming because I was depressed, you feel me. Like, I got sickle cell, you feel me, so I can’t play sports, you feel me. Certain jobs I can’t do, you know what I’m saying. And like, when you born with a sickness, bro, that sh*t really f**k with you, you feel me. So, like, I felt like at a point in time, like, I was born to be a failure, you feel me. Cuz like, I feel like I couldn’t do sh*t normal people could do.”
Who is AnnoyingTV?
AnnoyingTV has over 710K followers on Twitch where the streamer is currently engaged in a subathon. The Rat-athon streaming marathon started in March 2025 will be running live throughout the month. Mario has garnered over 2000 subscribers on Twitch as of this writing. Annoying initially went popular for his NBA2K livestreams and GTA RP. He hosts GTA RP in the Windy City roleplay server on GTA V.
Annoying made headlines after his feud with popular streamer and former OTK member BruceDropEmOff went viral. Both streamers went back and forth with each other and dropped diss tracks as well. AnnoyingTV often collaborates with popular streamers, including Konvy, Kai Cenat, and FaZe Clan member Silky. The streamer founded the popular content creation space “Nation House”, which included several streamers including Silky and Juu.
