Streamers Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed face off against each other in an NFL show match featuring musicians, footballers, and streamers.
The National Football League (NFL) announced a special show match featuring two teams led by streamers Kai Cenat and Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. The two content creators will play at the Play Football Field in New Orleans.
The NFL announced the lineups for both teams, and they include a mix of professional NFL players, content creators, and artists. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell called IShowSpeed on January 31, 2025, and invited him to the upcoming event.
Fans can tune into the event on February 8, 2025, on IShowSpeed or NFL’s YouTube channels. The event will take place just a day before the annual Super Bowl event on February 9, 2025, featuring the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.
Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed’s Team Lineup at Super Bowl Flag Ball
On January 31, 2025, Roger Goodall called IShowSpeed to inform him about the upcoming Super Bowl Flag Ball event. Goodall asked Speed who he’d like to challenge in the match, and the streamer immediately responded:
“Alright bet, I challenge Kai Cenat.”
Some of the biggest content creators, musicians, and NFL players will play in the nine-a-side match.

IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat have kickstarted 2025 with multiple collaborations. The two streamers attended WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) Royal Rumble on February 1, 2025. They also partnered with Epic Games to host a Fortnite marathon stream to over 9 million combined viewers. The duo will now play for the NFL to promote the Super Bowl which could bring more attention to streaming from mainstream media.
