Supervive, the new action-packed battle royal game, is making waves with the popularity it has managed to gain amongst players in such a short time. The game currently has 21 different playable characters, each showcasing their own proficiencies with their unique ability list. Out of these stands tall the mythical figure, Wukong himself.

In this article, we will take a look at all the abilities for Wukong in Supervive.

Wukong in Supervive

Wukong is an agile staff-wielding trickster in Supervive. There are five classes of roles among the 21 hunters in Supervive, out of which Wukong falls under Fighter. Fighters are usually at the front line, taking charge of the battle. Most of their move sets consist of heavy damage or multiple target attacks.

Wukong Abilities

Let us take a look at the list of Abilities Wukong can use in battle.

Black-Iron Rod

The Black-Iron Rod is Wukong’s primary weapon, which he will use to inflict light and heavy damage as well as special moves. Using the prompt button, you can initiate a direct hit with the Black-Iron Rod. A single tap will inflict a 3-hit combo. Holding the button on the other hand will lay out a flurry of attacks, which ends with one heavy strike. The only downside to this is that Wukong loses speed while he attacks.

Treetop Acrobat

This move is a great way to escape battle and give yourself a breather. If you jump against a tree, you will immediately perch on top of it. While being perched on top of a tree, enemies will lose complete vision of you, helping you recuperate your abilities. Moreover, it completely resets your ‘Cloud Somersault’ ability as well as reduces the glider heat.

Perch / Dragon Slam

This move has two steps for a perfectly executed attack.

First Cast: ON using the move, Wukong will instantly lay one side of the staff on the floor and jump on the other side as it extends upwards. This cast will increase as the height of the staff continues to increase, the longer you wait. If, however, the staff were to break under an enemy’s attack, Wukong would slam into the ground.

Second Cast: If you feel you have charged the staff long enough, you can slam the staff and deal damage, along with stunning any enemy in the center. Enemies who are standing at the edge will slow down. Also, note that landing a slam on an enemy with the tip of the staff will deal extra damage if they already have low health.

Cloud Somersault

This move is part of most of the hunter’s skill set. On tapping it, you will be able to perform a quick dash. IF you hold and release it, Wukong will perform a somersault into the air. You also gain a brief increase in primary attack speed after using this ability. This is great for Wukong, considering his primary attack slows down his movement. The cooldown for this, as mentioned before, cools down once you perch on a tree.

Ambush / Spin Attack

When you press the button for the first time, you will instantly shape shift into the form of a tree. Upon recasting again, you will take back your original form and use a spin attack. This will inflict heavy damage in a circular field of range. You can also double-tap the button to enter the spin attack directly if you do not need the tree form.

Six-Monkey Strike

When you use this ability, Wukong will disappear, his steps and whereabouts becoming untraceable. Within a few seconds, he will then split into five clones which will dash forward and attack in all directions, any enemy in the near vicinity. During the time you are invisible, use your mouse to aim and determine exactly where you would like the original Wukong to travel.
