You find the Scorching Pathway spell in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon inside The Crypt of Sewal Firstfoot. This crypt is near the coast, towards the western side of the map. Approach the tomb, and you will see large twin statues. Pass through the gate between the statues and head inside.
The path through the crypt is pretty linear. Follow the linear hallways till you reach a metal grate with a staircase leading up to it. Take a right before the stairs and enter the hallway with the torch. Go past the statue at the end of the hall and through the broken wall. You will find a reinforced chest at the end. Loot this chest to get the Scorching Pathway spell.
