You find the Scorching Blaze spell in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon in the northern end of the Horns of the South. Head to the northern end of the map, and you will find the Abandoned Stronghold.
Enter the Abandoned Stronghold courtyard and take a left from the campfire. Head up the stairs and climb up four floors. Here, the path will diverge into multiple directions. Walk across the wooden bridge leading to the tower in the opposite direction
Keep following the path straight and circle around the left of the tower till you see another staircase. These stairs will lead you to the balcony. Head over to the balcony and look to your left to find a reinforced chest. Loot the chest to obtain the Scorching Blade spell.
