Items Needed for the Offering To All-Mother’s Shrine in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon
According to the letter, you’ll learn that you have to present All-Mother’s shrine with three offerings, namely some Sage, a Rose and a Feather. By this point, you might already have some or all of these items in your possession. Nevertheless, we’ll offer some guidance on where you can find each of these.
Sage
You can find sage abundantly throughout the world. Search inside sacks, chests, and out in the world. You can identify the herb by its purple flowers. The closest spot where you can get it is northeast of All-Mother’s Shrine.
Feather
Almost any bandit you kill will drop some feathers. Keep an eye out for foes who are wearing light armor. There’s a decent chance that killing them will give you feathers as loot from their bodies.
Rose
You’ll get roses from rose bushes around the world. You can find a rosebush just past the Red Priest merchant in the Keep area of the Shadow of the Horns. Or, you can find another one by going northeast from the Shadow of the Horns location.

How To Claim the Amulet From All-Mother’s Shrine
When you have all three items in your possession, walk up to All-Mother’s Shrine and interact with it. Doing so will grant you the All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet. This amulet is a consumable item. While wearing it, if you fall in battle, the amulet will revive you with full health. However, the amulet will break when this happens. So, it’s a great item to have when facing off against some of the more tougher opponents in the game. That’s all there is to All-Mother’s Shrine in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon.
