As the name implies, you need to win two races to complete this objective. However, the hard part comes due to the game not telling you about these two particular races directly. Both of these are G1 tier races belonging to the Mile category. You will have to beat both these races within the Career run to complete this objective and get your respective reward. Oguri Cap or Vodka are decent picks for winning these races. You can also use any other character, as long as they have an aptitude for Mile races.
