- Skill Description: Slightly increase maneuverability when the way ahead is blocked in the last spurt.
This is a Normal skill with a cost of 150. Its main purpose is to activate in the final moments of the race, when you get boxed in by other racers. This is a common cause of defeat, especially for Late Surgers and End Closers. Therefore, this skill can help you reduce these events from leading to defeat.
It will increase your acceleration and lane-changing speed when its activation criteria are met.
How To Get Nimble Navigator in Umamusume Pretty Derby

All in all, no, the skill is not worth 150 points, unless you are specifically under very specific conditions. Firstly, if you are a Pace Chaser or Front Runner, then the chances of you being boxed by other runners are quite less. Moreover, even if you do pick a Late Surger, having enough Power to break through will work most of the time.
