This race’s challenger is a powerful Winning Ticket who uses the Late Surger running style and its exclusive skills to great effect. Subsequently, beating her and winning the Legend race consistently will reward you with valuable Winning Ticket Star Pieces, which can be used to raise her star level.
How To Beat Winning Ticket Legend Race in Umamusume Pretty Derby
Winning Ticket uses the Late Surger running style and relies on a high Power stat to pull ahead in the last spurt. She has two main weaknesses: Stamina and Speed. If you manage to field a veteran uma with greater Speed and Stamina, while having comparable Power, the race will be easy to win. Training a Front Runner for the race is recommended as they require the least Power and win most consistently.

You can beat Winning Ticket with a lower Stamina stat (650+) if you have a useful rare (golden) Stamina recovery skill, such as Swinging Maestro or several normal Stamina recovery skills.
Winning Ticket has a high acceleration stat, which you need to match to keep up with her in the last spurt. Alternatively, you could invest in acceleration skills that activate on the final corner or later to make up for low Power.

The first loadout is the most balanced, and you should be able to reach all the recommended stats with it after a successful career. Use MLB Power cards for the second loadout with inherited Stamina Sparks, and an SSR Super Creek with Power Sparks for the third loadout.
