Gestures have always been a fun way to help give your character more personality. There are so many different ways you can implement a gesture to match what you say. For instance, if you wish to have your character portray a certain type of person, you can equip gestures that help symbolise those. You could also equip gestures that help make taunting remarks. Accessing the Gestures in Vindictus: Defying fate is simple. Follow the steps below to do so.

  1. Press ‘Esc’ once in-game.
  2. From the menu on the top left of your screen, go to the camera tab.
  3. Under this tab, you will see two options. Click on the ‘Gesture’ option. This will pop up a window showcasing the list of available gestures, which you can equip or use.

While you have the option to access the gesture option from the camera tab, there is a quicker way to do it while favoriting particular gestures.

  1. Once in the Gesture tab, click on the prompted button below to ‘Enter Edit Mode’.
  2. In this mode, you will be able to select the gestures you like the most and set them as presets.
  3. Click on the box while keeping the number assigned in mind and choose the gesture you want. The number will be the shortcut to play the particular gesture.
  4. To remove the gesture, click on the prompted button below.
  5. Once it is set, click on the ‘Esc’ button to return back.

Gesture Types

The character allows each class to have different gestures and motions. This helps reflect their character’s personality to match their stature and charm. Some gestures can be shared between various classes and are not locked by gender. These are gestures that have a primary use of communicating with other players during a multiplayer session.
