The McKenzie Field Hangar in GTA 5 Online is one of the new pieces of content arriving as part of the Agents of Sabotage DLC. You will be able to purchase a new property in the game with new features once the content releases.
However, it may not be just a personal hangar. According to popular insider Tez2, the new property will reportedly serve as an office where you can take up new missions. This means you will enjoy more missions relating to the Agents of Sabotage DLC. Additionally, purchasing this property will grant you extra slots in your existing hangars.

As players await more content from the Agents of Sabotage DLC, more information about the McKenzie Field Hangar property was reportedly revealed by insiders. Here are some of the things unveiled by data miners.
What Is the McKenzie Field Hangar
Rockstar Games will soon release the McKenzie Field Hangar. However, the developers are yet to reveal any of the features in the new purchasable property. According to the popular insider Tez2, the new hangar will reportedly be used to do missions called “Oscar Guzman Files Again.”
McKenzie Field Hangar is an office you'll use to launch the "Oscar Guzman Flies Again" missions, and not a unique hangar.

Additionally, the hangar will reportedly not act as the usual hangar from other purchasable properties in the game. Purchasing it will provide 20 additional slots for your existing hangars. This means the McKenzie Field Hangar might play a huge part in the Agents of Sabotage story.
Expected Price for McKenzie Field Hangar
In the single-player mode of GTA 5, the McKenzie Field Hangar costs around $150,000 to purchase. However, it might be different in the multiplayer mode.
Considering the price of the recently added Darnell Bros Garment Factory, the upcoming hangar might be priced around $2 million to $3 million. However, we won’t know for sure until Rockstar Games confirms it or releases the update.
Possible Release Date for McKenzie Field Hangar
Rockstar Games usually releases drip-feed content for DLC a few months after each release. Considering how the upcoming McKenzie Field Hangar update will have plenty of new content and missions, we might have to wait until the second quarter of 2025, possibly around March or April.
