Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who hung up his boots in 2023, has been officially confirmed by EA as the cover star of the Ultimate Edition of FC 26. This was done via a post on X with an image that recreated the one from the time he was playing at his first club, Malmö FF (can be seen framed to the left of the medals).
Zlatan idolized the legendary Brazilian, Ronaldo Nazario, and EA made sure that the love was visible. Additionally, we can see few of the club crests attached to the wall, highlighting the decorative career he had as a football player. His remarkable performance against England back in 2011, which not only saw him score all four goals for Sweden but also included a stellar bicycle kick from 30 meters, has been etched on the wall as well.
While his accolades can be caught by fans, one thing that can be overlooked is the computer screen. EA has given us the first glimpse of what the game will look like as the desktop displays the menu. While there’s nothing much to go by, it looks fairly similar to that of EA FC 25.

Who is the EA FC 26 Cover Star for the Standard Edition?
