OnlyFangs is a Hardcore World of Warcraft guild created by Twitch streamer Chance “Sodappopin.” It has already seen a few controversies.
The World of Warcraft scene is currently dominated by OnlyFangs. Founded by OTK member and Twitch streamer Chance “Sodapoppin,” the Hardcore guild already boasts some major names in the streaming scene. This includes streamers like Mizkif, Tectone, Tyler1, xQc, erobb221, and more. With so many personalities under one roof, it’s understandable that the guild hasn’t been free from controversies.
This article will focus on five such controversial incidents that happened in the guild.
Here Are Five Controversies Involving OnlyFangs
1) Pirate Software Controversy
Twitch streamer Jason “Pirate Software” found himself facing a lot of heat following his gameplay in the hardcore WoW guild. For context, the streamer was accused of “roaching out.” Roaching essentially means having a conservative and passive playstyle that focuses on survival. In Pirate Software’s case, his gameplay seemingly resulted in the in-game deaths of Snupy and Sara (two level 60 players).
Following this, many in the WoW community called out Jason for his gameplay, and more so, for not taking responsibility for the situation. When one of the guild members asked him to take “accountability,” Jason replied:
“There’s no zero accountability, dude. Everyone can do something. When you open up and you yell over another person. (Yamato says, ‘Can I speak?!’) Nah, I’m good. See ya. I’m not doing that s**t again with him. Nah. He did it the first time, I’m not doing it the second one. Not interested.”
2) Pirate Software Kicked Out Of OnlyFangs

Following the controversy, Pirate Software was removed from the guild. On January 15, 2025, a 12-second clip featuring Mohamed “Ziqo” revealed that Jason was kicked out of the guild by a member named Novacht.
On the same day, Pirate Software addressed the situation on his official X account, stating that he was unable to save anyone else with the resources he had. He wrote:
“From my perspective I didn’t feel I could save anyone else with the resources I had left even with mana gem and robe cooldowns. Since the call to run was made I followed the call and got out as quickly as possible.”
He acknowledged his departure and expressed gratitude to the other guild members who reached out to him. The streamer added that, overall, it was fun running around.
“For those in the guild that reached out to me after all of this, thank you. Was fun running together and maybe we will again one day in a different game.”
3) JesseSMFI Kicked Out Of OnlyFangs
Another member removed from the OnlyFangs Guild was JesseSMFI. It was first revealed on January 2, 2025, that the streamer was removed due to allegedly having unresolved issues with fellow streamer Pokelawls, who is also part of the guild. This was revealed by Lacari, who stated:
“So, from my perspective, Jesse not coming to me about him and said person having a problem… You guys know who said person is, anyways… Kind of pi**ed me off, ’cause it felt like he didn’t trust me with it, or didn’t feel like I should know. Which, if I had known these two had a problem, I could’ve resolved it, before I even let him into the guild, if that makes sense”
While Jesse did not confirm the reason, he heavily hinted at it, stating that fans could connect the dots. He said:
“Not really anything to address. I mean, people connected the puzzle. Yes, what you guys were saying is right. But this isn’t a witch hunt. Like, if it’s uncomfortable and the person doesn’t want me on it, and they’re going to quit because I’m on it after a day of just existing, okay, fine!
4) Asmongold Blames Pokelawls Over JesseSMFI Drama

Despite Lacari stating that JesseSMFI was removed from the guild due to his conflict with Pokelawls, another streamer, Asmongold, had a different perspective on the situation. He was highly critical of Pokelawls. During a stream, he exclaimed:
“I want to like Poke but Poke is a rat. He’s a rat and he’s always been a rat and he’s had many opportunities to sell his friends out and he’s taken every single one of them.”
Pokelawls also responded to Asmongold’s criticism, stating that Asmongold had formed his judgment based on misinformation. He replied:
“Of course, I am mad at him (Asmongold). That pu**y called me out over misinformation. He even said it after and talked sh*t about me in front of my friends, in a car. This guy can suck my d*ck…you’re just gonna let someone talk sh*t about you and sit there and be like, ‘I guess he’s a big streamer, I’m gonna say nothing.’ F**k that.”
5) Twitch Streamer Pilav Banned From OnlyFangs
Serbian Twitch streamer Pilav was another member banned from the guild. The streamer had previously made edgy remarks that many deemed offensive. For instance, during a stream in December, he made some sexually explicit comments. He said:
“If I ever met PalmBee, if we ever did a romantic date, she would fall in love with me before I even touch her. My absolute aura, and my physical appearance would make her c*m. I’m not even kidding. And this is not just PalmBee. Most of women.”
He also made mocking comments about AnnieFuchsia’s appearance during his streams. Pilav said:
“If you think AnnieFuchsia is hot, you are Indian, blind, or r*tarded (laughs). Sorry Annie, I’m kidding, kidding. Sorry, sorry…She’s not just my type and I’m quite sure I’m not hers either.”
After being called out by many in the guild, the streamer was eventually removed from OnlyFangs.
