How to get Amulet of the Unworthy in BG3?
To get the Amulet of the Unworthy in BG3 you will need to discover the Underdark and defeat one of the wandering Minotaurs on the east side of the Underdark map.
The best way to get into the Underdark to find this amulet is by using the Well in the center of the Blighted Village. At the bottom of the Well, you will find a series of caverns called the Whispering Depths. At the back of these caves, you will find the Phase Spider Matriarch boss. She’s weaved several web walkways above a glowing green chasm.
After you have defeated her, cast Feather Fall on yourself and your companions. You can either do with by casting the spell, using a spell scroll, or drinking a Feather Fall potion. Next, jump into the chasm and you will safely land at the bottom in the Underdark.
This will place you very close to where the Minotaurs patrol. Be careful, because if you aggro both at the same time it can be a challenging fight. In our game, it was the Minitour who was directly west of your landing spot in the Underdark that carried the necklace. After you defeat it, loot the Minotaur to claim the Amulet of the Unworthy.

However, you’ll need to be very careful to not place your character next to enemies that can deal Bludgeoning damage. Those weapons include hammers, clubs, quaterstaves, flails, and maces.
