Learn how to exploit the infamous 3-support meta in Marvel Rivals by picking the best Strategists for the team composition.

The 3-support team composition is currently “meta” in Marvel Rivals. This means that a team with three Strategists can walk over the enemy team, and they wouldn’t be able to do much about it. However, this composition is not just about healing your teammates to immortalize them. After all, a team has to be good in all aspects to secure a win. So, what Strategists should you pick to exploit the 3-support meta?
Strategists For the New Marvel Rivals Meta
It’s all about experimenting and finding new team compositions. The best thing about Marvel Rivals is that there are countless compositions that can help you win or lose a game. Characters that don’t even have Team-Up abilities together can sync attacks to create new techs to catch enemies off guard. However, overall, we think the following Strategists can fit into almost any 3-support meta composition:

- Loki
- Cloak & Dagger
- Invisible Woman
- Rocket Raccoon

1. Loki

The Norse God of Mischief is a Strategist that people may overlook most of the time because of his “hard to master” Ability Kit. However, Loki is the definition of a “Strategist,” meaning you have to think outside the box to play him efficiently in a match. He is one of the best-suited heroes for this meta because he can switch between his roles as a healer and a DPS character in a split second. Moreover, his Ultimate Ability allows him to copy whoever he can play best, depending on what the situation demands.
2. Cloak & Dagger

Cloak & Dagger are two characters in one. So, naturally, they appear to be overpowered for good reasons. If you are playing the 3-support meta, consider it almost essential to have C&D on your team. This is because Dagger can heal an entire group, along with herself, if she is in the AoE ring. Cloak, on the other hand, can handle divers pretty well. His Dark Teleportation ability also shields his allies from incoming damage by making them both invincible and invisible for a short duration if they don’t use any attacks.
This way, the team will be safe from most one-shot Ultimates. Moreover, C&D’s Ultimate Ability marks an “area denial” for enemies while creating pools of healing for their teammates. This is useful for winning a heated battle on the objective.
3. Invisible Woman

Susan Storm is a problem for divers because of her anti-dive tactics. Her force-field abilities and that push/pull ability can make divers regret their strategies. Moreover, she also has an energy shield that heals her allies from a distance. This allows Invisible Woman to be one of the best picks when there are flying characters on the team. Not to forget that Invisible Woman‘s Ultimate Ability can help the team almost instantly lock the point.
4. Rocket Raccoon

This furry Guardian of the Galaxy can heal multiple allies at once with one healing orb. A common misconception among Rocket Raccoon players is that his healing orbs stack. They don’t. However, that doesn’t stop him from being a great healer. His primary attack doesn’t deal massive damage but can finish off low-health enemies quickly. The reason he’s on this list is because of his mobility and Ultimate.
Although there are reasons to think that it is one of the worst Ultimates in the game, it can be really helpful against enemies during point-control Ultimates of Luna Snow, Mantis, Cloak & Dagger, and Invisible Woman.
