Unlocking the Deep Woods in Fields of Mistria grants access to new creatures, artifacts, and lore tied to Caldarus.

The Deep Woods is a late-game area in Fields of Mistria containing Caldarus’ Temple and new varieties of bugs, fish, and artifacts. The woods lie north of The Eastern Road, and their entry point is accessible from the town. However, giant vines block the steps leading into the Deep Woods.
How To Destroy the Deep Woods Barrier in Fields of Mistria

The Deep Woods can be accessed once you unlock the Fire Seal on floor 60 of the Mines since it leads to you acquiring the Dragon’s Breath spell. To reach the Fire Seal, first, you must break through the Water Seal on floor 20 and the Earth Seal on floor 40. Then, the Fire Seal can be unlocked by offering an Emerald, Faceted Rock Gem, Rockroot, and Sealing Scroll.
Once you have learned the Dragon’s Breath spell after opening the third seal, head to the Deep Woods barrier. Cast the spell using two mana orbs, and quickly adjust your aim to direct the flames onto the giant vine barrier. Once the flames have burned through, you have unlocked the Deep Woods. The spell can also unlock other sealed-off entrances on the map, like the ones leading to the sprinklers and Animal Sprite Statue auto-petter.
