How To Use Arcane Arrows in Baldur’s Gate 3?

You get to choose 3 types of Arcane Shots when you first receive the special arrows at Level 3. Arcane Shots are magic-infused arrows that each have a different type of effect. To make an Arcane shot, you need to use one Arcane Arrow along with your current action point.
Here are all the types of Arcane Shots you can make with the Arcane Arrows:
- Bursting Arrow: Your arrow explodes on impact and deals an additional 2d6 Force damage to targets within 3 m / 10 ft.
- Enfeebling Arrow: Your arrow deals an additional 2d6 Necrotic damage. The target becomes Feeble on failing Saving Throw.
- Beguiling Arrow: Your arrow deals an additional 2d6 Psychic damage. The target becomes Charmed on failing the Saving Throw.
- Banishing Arrow: Your arrow can Banish the target to the Feywilds.
- Seeking Arrow: Your arrow deals an additional 1d6 Force damage and can apply Faerie Fire. Seeking Arrow never misses its target.
- Shadow Arrow: Your arrow deals an additional 2d6 Psychic damage. The target becomes Blinded by failing the Saving Throw.
- Grasping Arrow: Your arrow deals an additional 2d6 Poison damage. The target’s movement speed is reduced by 3 m or 10 ft on hit and will take 2d6 Piercing damage whenever it moves.
- Piercing Arrow: Your arrow pierces through every enemy in its path. The targets are dealt an additional 1d6 damage on failing the Saving Throw.
As we said before, you can choose only 3 of these Arcane Shot types at Level 3. However, this is upgraded to 5 types at Level 10. This is how you can use Arcane Arrows in Baldur’s Gate 3 to become a deadly magical archer.
