In Schedule 1, the products you create can have a wide range of effects for customers who consume them. From making the consumer glow bright green to making them run faster, these effects are fun to watch and experience. You can also consume the product to imbibe the same effects on yourself, and they can be useful in certain scenarios.

However, not all effects are desirable. For instance, your products can have a lethal effect. As the name might suggest, this particular effect isn’t great for you or your customers. In this guide, we’ll take a look at how you can create a lethal effect product in Schedule 1.

There is currently only one Lethal effect in the game, which is the Explosive effect. More such lethal effects might be added into the game by developers at a later date. To create a product with the Explosive effect, you need to follow the recipe mentioned below.

  • Step 1: Start out with OG Kush in the Mixing Station.
  • Step 2: Add a donut and mix the two items. You can get a donut from the Gas Mart.
  • Step 3: Add another donut into the Mixing Station with the created product.

This will give you a product that has the Explosive effect.

What Does the Explosive Effect Do?

The Explosive effect will create an explosion when an NPC tries the product. It will knock them down and make them unavailable for the next 24 hours. The resulting explosion can also hurt other NPCs standing in their vicinity. Keep in mind that the effect won’t be instantaneous. Instead, there will be a countdown, literally turning the NPC or you into a ticking time bomb.

When you try the product with the Explosive effect, the effects are far worse. Depending on whether you’re playing solo or with friends, the effects are:

  • Solo play: You will die, and you will need to reload a save after consuming the product with the Explosive effect.

  • Co-op play: In multiplayer, consuming the product will knock you out. You’ll need to pay a hefty fine to respawn without reloading your last save.

Keep in mind that there aren’t any other Lethal Effect products in Schedule 1 for now.
