Marvel Rivals has 38 characters on the roster, with each having their own Lord icon. Let’s find out the best icon out there.

Marvel Rivals introduced a Lord icon system in Season 0 at launch. Since then, the game has kept this feature. A Lord icon in the new Marvel hero-shooter shows how proficient you are in playing that character. There are five Proficiency levels in Marvel Rivals: Agent, Knight, Captain, Centurion, and Lord. Players must complete repetitive missions to get to each level and unlock a cosmetic reward related to that character. Eventually, you can get the Lord rank by grinding with that specific character in the game. Reaching the final proficiency unlocks a Lord icon that your teammates can see on the team selection page, and the entire lobby can see when checking the stats during a match. So, which Lord icons look the best?
Best Lord Icons in Marvel Rivals
A Lord icon in the game doesn’t give you any special advantage over the other players. In fact, you can farm this icon by grinding in Doom Match and Quick Match. However, it shows that you are experienced in that specific character. There are no good or bad Lord icons. However, we think the following looks the best:
NOTE: The following list is unranked and contains the writer’s opinions.
- Venom
- Adam Warlock
- Thor
- Invisible Woman
- WInter Soldier
Those who wish to know why each of these Lord icons is on the list can scroll below for further information.
1) Venom

Venom is one of the most effective divers in the game. He is pretty good at disrupting the enemy backline. Players who have been dove by him in the back know how scary he can be. His Lord icon represents his character in the best way possible. It is pretty different from the usual Venom icon. His agape mouth shows that he is hungry for more KOs and won’t stop at anything.
2) Adam Warlock

The Golden God appears to be one of the most imbalanced characters on the roster. Players in the community realize how unfair Adam’s kit and cooldowns seem at times. However, one thing the game did not lack is giving him proper value for his Lord icon. Adam Warlock has one of the best Lord icons in Marvel Rivals because of how different he looks compared to his normal icon. Sure. He is still “golden” in color, but his Lord icon shows his true shining self.
3) Thor

The Asgardian God of Thunder is a formidable Vanguard. Whether he fights on the frontline, backline, or dives into the enemy backline, you will find that he is a pretty scary character to face. The Lord icon for Thor in Marvel Rivals truly encapsulates the wrath of thunder. Seeing this icon on your team must mean that you breathed a sigh of relief.
4) Invisible Woman

This icon is pretty simple compared to others on this list. That is exactly the reason for including the Invisible Woman‘s Lord icon in this list. There is nothing flashy about it. However, despite being simple, it stands out from the original classic icon. This is in contrast to her role as a Strategist. Although her kit is simple to understand, how you use every ability varies greatly. So, this Lord icon suggests that the person taking the character might know a lot about these techniques already.
5) Winter Soldier

When playing as a diver or a tank, one of your worst nightmares can be Winter Soldier. If the enemy team has a Lord Winter Soldier, things get even rougher. Bucky is a scary character to face because of his damage output. His Lord icon in the game represents that dangerous side of him pretty well. It looks completely different from his classic icon and shows him in the right image.
