The Stash and Dash Storage Unit in Schedule 1 can be purchased from Ray’s Realty for $5,000. It is actually one of the cheaper bases of operations in the game, with decent storage space.

You can find the Storage Unit behind the Casino and beside the Parking Lot. You will know it is the area as the building has the Stash & Dash logo. There are also two potential customers you can interact with in this building, named Geraldine and Greg. Make sure to drop by and say hello by offering them their favorite drugs to make them regulars in your business.

The Stash and Dash Storage Unit offers one loading bay. This means you cannot order too many materials in this base of operation. Nonetheless, it should be enough to start saving up some cash for bigger properties. As for workers, you can only fit one worker in the Storage Unit.

Once you get a new property, you can use this space to store materials and products. Considering how it is closer to the town than other properties, you can easily stock up on drugs to sell when you are going on a selling spree.

The Stash and Dash Storage Unit is also close to various shops like Dan’s Hardware and the Warehouse. If you plan on selling your products at night for the bonuses, set up a bed in this property. This will allow you to end the day safely without having to walk a long distance and risk being spotted by the police.
