| Secret 1 | Life Sigil | After you acquire Power Gauntlet (melee tutorial), enter the building to your left and break the wooden planks inside to find a Life Sigil. |
| Secret 2 | Imp Toy | After obtaining the Blue Key, break the planks in front of you. Drop down into the village square and head left. Unlock the blue gate to find the Imp Toy. |
| Secret 3 | Doom Slayer Codex Page | During the “Defend the Beach” objective, you will find a scalable wall after the demon horde. Head up to find the Codex. |
| Secret 4 | Soldier Toy | Drop down on the cliffside underneath the third portal to find the Soldier Toy at the end of the path. |
| Secret 5 | Life Sigil | After you destroy the third portal, cross the bridge ahead and take the path on the right to find the purple key. Go back and take the left path and use the launchpad to get across. Take the path on your right to find the purple gate. Use the key to unlock the gate and retrieve the Life Sigil. |
| Secret 6 | Shotgun Weapon Skin | Before approaching the third demonic portal, drop down into the cave on the cliffside to find the weapon skin. |
| Secret 7 | Village of Khalim Codex Page | During the “Destroy the demonic portals” objective, head to the northeastern cliff and scale up the rocks to find the Codex. |
