After staying on the backfoot for most of the story’s first act, Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 11 sees the Slayer taking charge and breaking into hell. In this chapter, appropriately titled Hellbreaker, the Slayer has only one goal in mind: to kill Ahzrak. With such a simple goal, the chapter is short and sweet, and this is reflected in the collectibles. There are very few collectibles to find in the chapter. As stated earlier, Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 11 features very few collectibles. Now, while this may be a bummer for players who wish to explore more, the chapter remains one of the easier ones to reach 100 percent completion with. We’ve mentioned all the collectibles and how to get them in detail below.
Altan Toy
Chapter 11, Hellbreaker, is a chapter that lets the Atlan mech have its spotlight. After the comprehensive section with the mech, breaking through the gate and everything, disembark at the landing zone. As you get off, turn back around and you will spot a secret item atop the mech’s giant head. Walk across the arm over to the head and collect the Altan Toy as your first collectible of the chapter.
85 Gold
Proceed your way through the level till you reach the section where you have to “Open the Castle Gate.” Break the chains on either side of the bridge, and it will lower to you. Pass through the gate and up the stairs to find a chest of Gold. Break it for 50 Gold. Go past the fountain, and you will spot two staircases on your left and right. Go down both to collect the rest of the 35 for a total of 85 Gold.
Demonic Essence – Armor
As you cut through the castle and make your way to Ahzrak’s quarters (Objective: Kill Ahzrak), you will stumble across a miniboss and a horde. Fight off the horde and isolate the miniboss. Parry attacks and use the gauntlet combos to kill the boss and acquire the Armor upgrade.
