In this guide, we shall go over where to find all the collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 16, The Kar’Thul Marshes.
The Slayer’s search for Thira leads him to the Kar’Thul Marshes. These marshes present a large open level, requiring you to search for Relic Fragments. While you’ll be scouring the map completing objective after objective, there are also plenty of collectibles you need to be on the lookout for. These collectibles include Gold, Codex pages, weapon skins, and so much more.
The level is massive, and searching every nook and cranny with no sense of direction can be an arduous task. We’re here to help make your search for the collectibles easier. In this guide, we shall go over where to find all the collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 16, The Kar’Thul Marshes.

Where To Find All Collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 16 (The Kar’Thul Marshes)?

Below, we’ve listed all the collectibles in Chapter 16 and their locations:
| Collectible | Where To Find |
| 8x Gold | When your objective reads “Gather the Relic Fragments,” head to the southern end of the map. With the green tower in view, walk along the path to your right with the armor trail. Look to your left as you walk and you’ll spot a switch. Hit the switch and circle back around to find a newly unlocked path with a Gold trail. |
| Codex (Secret Area) | Follow the Gold trail and you will discover a secret area. Proceed to the end of this area to find a “The Witch” Codex page at the end of this room. |
| 7x Gold | Head back out and follow the same armor trail from earlier. Pivot to the path leading up the cliff on your left to find 7x Gold. You will also find some armor here. |
| 50x Gold (Secret Area) | Take a right from the armor pickup and follow the path till you see another armor trail. Pass through the gate at the end. You will enter an endless hallway. Walk for roughly 30 seconds and turn back around to find a secret area with a Gold chest. |
| 20x Gold | Destroy the Gold chest to spawn an exit portal. Go straight and take a left at the fork in the road. There’s a switch to your right. Shoot it and go back to the fork to find a jump booster. Use the booster and head up to find a Gold trail. |
| Gold | Complete the Roundup mission challenge to acquire Gold. The challenge requires you to kill 20 enemies with one BFC shot. |
| Demonic Essence – Ammo | Defeat the Leader in the top right corner of the map to acquire the Ammo upgrade. (near the Relic Fragment) |
| 5x Gold | After defeating the Leader, head left, and you will spot a sectioned-off platform with some Gold. |
| 8x Gold | Drop off the platform and head straight to get the Gold. |
| 5x Gold | Collect the Gold and circle around to the path on your left while sticking to the wall. Climb the wall to your right to find a Gold trail. |
| Wolf Statue #1 | Break the barrier at the end of the trail and follow the path to your left to reach the Wolf Statue. |
| 6x Gold | Go past the statue and drop straight down below to find the Gold trail. |
| Ruby (Secret Area) | Turn back around and you will spot a gate. Enter through and approach the Ruby, and the game will teleport you to a different room. Swim inside the water, and the game will teleport you to a platform. Shoot the chain and drop down. Shoot the green orb and jump inside the water again to reach the Ruby. |
| Battle Knight Toy | Collect the Ruby and exit the portal. Climb the wall to your right and stand on the glowing platform. Look down below and break the chain at the bottom to unlock the gate below. You will find a Toy behind this gate. |
| 8x Gold | Head in the opposite direction of the Toy to find some Gold. |
| Wolf Statue #2 | Take the Gold and drop down below to find the Wolf Statue. |
| 5x Gold | Climb back up to where you picked up the Gold and take a left for your next Gold trail. |
| Wolf Statue #3 (Secret Area) | The Gold trail will lead you to a secret area with a Wolf Statue and a Wraithstone. You can’t access the Wraithstone yet. |
| Demonic Essence – Armor | Defeat the Leader on the western end of the map to get the Armor upgrade. (near the Relic Fragment) |
| 8x Gold | Take the relic and follow the path in the middle to find Gold near a rock. |
| Wolf Statue #4 | Turn back around and you will spot a gate. Enter through and approach the Ruby, and the game will teleport you to a different room. Swim inside the water, and the game will teleport you to a platform. Shoot the chain and drop down. Shoot the green orb and jump inside the water again to reach the Ruby. |
| 5x Gold | Continue down the path where you found the Gold for the next trail. |
| 50x Gold (Secret Area) | Pass through the gate at the end of the trail and hit the switch. The room rotates each time you hit the switch. Stand on the platform and rotate the room to reach the top. You will find a secret area with some Gold here. |
| Wolf Statue #5 | Exit the portal in front of you and head left to find the Wolf Statue. |
| Reverent – Super Shotgun Skin | Finding all Wolf Statues will complete the Hunter challenge and reward you with a weapon skin. |
| Wraithstone | Head back to where you found Wolf Statue #3 to find a Wraithstone. |
